Returns and Replacements

At Sibley Beauty, customer satisfaction is valued the most. Hence, we have a tendency to take utmost care to pack and ship your order. However, we accept the fact that, due to unavoidable circumstances, a package may sometimes not reach you in the intact state.

As a policy, instead of offering direct refunds we may provide store credits and discount coupons, such refunds can be used only within 3 months of offering credits.

However, if you think that the order you have got received is wrong, in a very broken condition or has been tampered with, please inform us through an e mail within 5 working days of delivery at customercare@Sibleybeauty.com, with an image attachment. Our Customer Care representatives will guide you regarding the procedure and your items will be replaced accordingly.

Customers should carefully pack the returning the items other than damaged ones, including the delivery receipt or Invoice, and the product must be in a salable condition. Our Courier partners will pick up the products within 3 to 7 working days from our processing the request. We will ship the new products within 5 business days of receiving the original product. The replacement will be shipped only after verifying the exact reason for return. If in case the merchandise is in salable condition, we will issue a replacement. If the merchandise is not received in a salable condition, we will issue a store credit or discount coupon only. The factors to assess salability lies at the only real discretion of Sibley Beauty.

This may please be noted that SIBLEY BEAUTY never offers exchanges or accepts returns on any discounted, used, or promotional products. Any free, or promotional products delivered with ordered product(s) additionally has to be come back.

Refund

In the case replacement isn’t attainable, we will issue you a store credit or discount coupon which will expire within 3 months from the date of credit. Sibley Beauty does not service any refunds other than store credits and discount coupons.

Cancellation

In any case, order cancellation can be accepted only before the order is shipped. In such case no cancellation charges will be levied. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be ready to settle for any cancellations. We have a tendency of shipping the orders within 24 hours of order receipt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges could vary with reference to the product, packaging, size, volume, kind and alternative concerns. The shipping and handling charges what so ever may be will be mentioned during check out and buyers will be informed regarding this while making payments. 5. SIBLEY BEAUTY offers FREE Shipping on all the prepaid orders and COD orders on top of Rs. 499. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be taken as a confirmation of receipt at your end. 

6. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please appoint an alternative receiver i.e. a relative, spouse, family person or neighbour, etc. Sibley Beauty will not be responsible for goods signed by an alternate person in any case. 

7. Sibley Beauty will not be liable for any loss or damage to the consignment or goods once the delivery is done. 

8. All the damage and shortage claims must be informed within 10 days of delivery
